Our Story
Built by people who watched good practices run out of runway.
Lumiere Billing was formed by revenue cycle professionals who spent years inside behavioral health organizations — ABA agencies, psychiatry groups, community clinics — and kept seeing the same pattern: excellent clinical care undermined by billing that nobody truly owned.
We built the firm we wished those practices had access to: specialized, transparent, technically fluent, and small enough that your account manager knows your providers by name. We are not trying to bill every specialty in America. We are trying to be the best in one.
